High-Performance Composites for Aerospace, UAV, Defence, Marine & Automotive Applications

We provide professional composite manufacturing solutions for the Aerospace, UAV, Defence, Marine and Automotive sectors, delivering lightweight, high-strength composite components for demanding technical applications.

Professional composite manufacturing

From prototype development and tooling to production, finishing and repair

Our company supports customers across the full manufacturing cycle — from prototype development and tooling to component production, assembly, finishing and repair.

With experience in advanced composite materials and proven production methods, we manufacture reliable composite structures designed to meet strict requirements for performance, durability, weight reduction and dimensional accuracy.

Industries we serve

Composite solutions for technical sectors where weight, durability and precision matter

Aerospace

The aerospace sector demands materials and manufacturing processes that provide exceptional strength-to-weight performance, repeatability and long-term reliability.

Our composite manufacturing methods help reduce component weight while maintaining structural integrity, surface quality and process consistency.

UAV and Unmanned Systems

For UAV platforms, weight efficiency, aerodynamic quality and structural performance are critical. We produce composite parts for fixed-wing UAVs, multirotor systems, unmanned marine platforms and other advanced unmanned applications.

Our capabilities include airframe components, fuselage sections, wings, control surfaces, fairings, covers, payload housings, radomes and custom composite assemblies. We support both prototype development and small-to-medium series production.

Defence

Defence applications require robust, reliable and purpose-built composite solutions. We manufacture composite structures and assemblies for demanding operational environments where strength, weight reduction, durability and confidentiality are essential.

Our work can support defence vehicles, UAV systems, protective structures, equipment housings, marine defence platforms and specialist composite components developed to customer specifications.

Marine

Marine composite structures must withstand challenging environmental conditions, including moisture, saltwater exposure, vibration and mechanical loading. We manufacture durable composite parts for marine vessels, unmanned surface vehicles, boat components, panels, covers, structural reinforcements, tooling and custom marine assemblies.

Using appropriate fibre reinforcements, resin systems, cores and lamination techniques, we deliver composite products designed for strength, stability and long service life.

Automotive

The automotive sector benefits from composite materials where weight reduction, stiffness, surface quality and repeatable production are important.

We manufacture composite components for performance vehicles, motorsport, specialist transport, prototypes, body panels, aerodynamic elements, covers, interior and exterior parts and custom composite assemblies. Our processes support prototype development and low-volume production where durability, accuracy and lightweight construction are required.

R&D

Research and development projects often require flexible composite manufacturing, rapid iteration and practical technical support from concept to validated prototype.

We support R&D teams with prototype parts, experimental laminates, test panels, tooling trials, process development, material selection support and custom composite assemblies designed for evaluation, testing and further development.

Composite manufacturing techniques

Flexible process selection for structural, technical and budget requirements

We offer a flexible range of composite manufacturing processes, allowing us to select the most suitable production method according to the customer’s technical, structural and budget requirements.

Prepreg Lamination

Prepreg technology is used for high-performance composite components requiring excellent fibre control, consistent resin content, low void content and superior mechanical properties.

We manufacture prepreg carbon fibre and glass fibre components using controlled layup, vacuum bagging and oven or autoclave curing where required. This process is suitable for aerospace, UAV, motorsport, defence and high-end marine applications where precision and performance are critical.

Typical applications include lightweight structural panels, aerodynamic surfaces, fairings, covers, UAV airframes, tooling and precision composite components.

Resin Infusion

Resin infusion is an efficient process for producing larger and complex composite components with good strength, repeatability and surface quality. This technique allows dry fibre reinforcements and core materials to be placed into the mould before resin is drawn through the laminate under vacuum.

Resin infusion is well suited for marine structures, UAV components, panels, covers, enclosures, sandwich structures and medium-to-large composite parts requiring controlled resin distribution and reduced laminate weight compared with traditional hand layup methods.

Wet Layup Lamination

Wet layup is a versatile and cost-effective composite manufacturing method suitable for prototypes, repairs, tooling, low-volume production and custom composite parts.

This process allows flexible production of components using carbon fibre, glass fibre, aramid fibres, epoxy, polyester, or vinyl ester resin systems depending on the application. Wet layup is particularly suitable for custom shapes, mould production, marine parts, protective covers, non-structural components and repair work.
